Can I return or exchange my products?

Right now we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds.  If you are not satisfied with your product, please tell us why! We are a young company, and we want to hear any concerns and feedback you may have. We will be listening, and your comments and suggestions will help us to fulfill our mission to provide the highest quality products.  

If you believe that there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please contact us.

Note about our rainbow utensils: The actual product colours may vary from how they appear on your monitor. Each product's colours are unique due to our non-toxic colouring process.  Read more here.
